hake tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 hake fillets @gelpeixe

  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 chopped carrot

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 glass of white wine

  • 1 green & 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 avocado - 1 lime - 1 chopped chili pepper

  • 1 sliced red onion

  • 1 sliced green apple

  • Parmesan shavings

  • Coriander

  • Corn tortillas

  • Olive oil, salt and pepper Qb

Passo a passo:


  1. FMake guacamole with avocado and the juice of 1 lime


  2. Season with salt and pepper if necessary


  3. Sauté the onion, peppers, carrot and chilli in a pan with olive oil.


  4. add the white wine and tomatoes and let the alcohol evaporate


  5. add the hake and corn and cook. Season with salt, pepper and coriander


  6. Fry the corn tortillas in a frying pan so that they are hot and golden brown


  7. Assemble the taco, first place the guacamole on the tortilla, then the hake (use some of the corn and peppers).


  8. Finally, add parmesan shavings, sliced apple and red onion.


  9. Add chopped coriander to taste!
